During our first summer living in North Vancouver, BC, we hiked an unexpectedly difficult hike. It was the hottest day of the year and we were very unprepared. Thankfully, halfway up, there was a watering hold to dip your feet and splash your face with clean, glacial water. It was the most refreshing moment I've ever had!
