    Refunds and returns are not accepted unless the package arrives damaged from the shipper. If the painting is damaged, you will be responsible for the costs of the return shipping and you will be refunded the amount of the painting only.

    Crystal Rassi Fine Art takes great care in packaging to ensure your art will arrive safely to your home, but cannot control what happens during shipping. In the event that a painting is damaged, please see the refund and returns policy.

    We ship internationally all over the world. It can take up to 8-12 weeks to arrive at an international location. If you'd prefer express shipping, the shipping price will reflect that.

    National shipping can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after purchase.

    Paintings over 36" x 36" can either be crated or taken off the stretcher and rolled in a tube for shipping and restretched by your local professional framer.
