Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: It depends. For orders smaller than 30" x 30" nationally, it could take 5-7 business days. Internationally it can be up to two weeks depending on custom. For orders larger than 30 x 30 uncrated it will be the same as the former rules, but if you want it crated, it will take an extra 2-3 days to crate and perhaps longer in customs. A crated painting could take about 3-4 weeks to arrive internationally.
Q: Why doesn't my print come framed?
A: There are two reasons I do not ship prints with frames. I believe the client should add their own style when framing a print to match their decor or lifestyle. And second, shippers are not always careful with their packages and broken glass is not acceptable. It is not only a disappointment to arrive broken, but can damage the artwork too.
Q: What do I do with my painting that I received rolled in a tube?
A: Go to a local professional framer. They will re-stretch the painting for you and frame it if you like.
Q: Can I return it if I don't like it?
A: YES! You have 20 days from the date of arrival to contact me with your complaint. However, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. But the cost of the painting or print will be refunded.
Q: What happens if my painting comes damaged?
A: Take photos of the damage and contact me. Depending on the damage, a local framer or art conservator may be able to fix it. The invoice can then be sent to me where I will cover the damages. Your second option is to wrap it all back up and send it back using the same carrier that was used to send it to you. A full refund including shipping will be returned. You will have 20 days from the date of arrival to claim damages.
Q: Can I order a custom painting?
A: Of course. All orders a priced $2 a square inch. So an 8x10 painting or drawing would be $160.
